Guidelines for Online & By-Appointment Sales
Online Sales
The online sale begins at 9:00am on the start date. To purchase an item online, please call or text (781) 374-7337. We will arrange to run your credit card and set up a time for you to pick up your items.
Please note: All sales are final and no refunds will be given. If you have questions, we’ll do our best to answer them for you. If you are unsure about buying something, please ask all questions or schedule an appointment to view the item before purchasing.
Once items have sold, our website will be updated to reflect that information daily.
Potential buyers may also leave offers below the asking price via phone, email or text message. Offers will be reviewed and if your offer is accepted, we will contact you later in the week.
Pick-Up
Please arrive promptly for your pickup window. Small items will be placed on a table for you to pack. Please bring your own wrapping and packing materials and dress for the weather.
Please be prepared to show ID to pick up your items. If you are sending someone else to pick up in your stead, please notify us in advance.
In order to allow us to provide movers, all large furniture must be picked up on the last day of the sale.
In-Person
Beginning June 1, we will start running in-person sales. The address for the sale will be published 24 hours before the sale begins. Customers will be let in and items sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Please be patient as we will need to limit the number of people in the house in order to accomodate safety and ensure that we have staff available to help customers.
When you arrive please sign up on the list if one has been posted. Please understand, that we do not post or regulate lists. If you post a list, you are responsible for maintaining it or making sure it is not torn down. Numbers for order of entry will be handed out beginning half an hour before the sale starts.
Cash and credit cards will be accepted. All sales are final.
Large furniture may be picked up on the last day of the sale. Please be prepared to take all other items with you that day.
Appointments
Please call or text 781-374-7337 or email info@BeaconEstateSales.com to set up an appointment to shop the sale in person. Appointments will be available 9:00-3:00 Friday-Sunday and you will receive the address once your appointment is scheduled.. In order to accommodate the most visitors possible while adhering to state COVID guidelines, appointments will be strictly limited to either one hour or one half hour. Parties will be limited to two people. Sorry, but no children will be allowed.
When you arrive for your appointment, please wait outside for the start of your scheduled time. Face masks are required to enter the house and must cover both your mouth and nose. When entering, we request that visitors use the provided hand sanitizer before touching any items. Please maintain a distance of 6 feet between people at all times.
